What are your shipping times? 2 to 6 day's depending on item location and destination. Normally about 24 hour processing period before shipping. Customers will be notified though the whole purchasing and shipping process.
What shipping methods do you use? We use DHL, USPS, UPS, and FEDEX.
What can cause my order to be delayed? Billing information does not match your bank information or credit card (included address and phone number). If fraud is suspected in the transaction.
Will my order ship the same day? Depending on the type of order and time of day, also shipping method choosen at checkout.
Will you ship to a PO Box and APO? Chronobuy.org will only ship to a Military/Army Post Office in the continental U.S.
How can i find my order status? We will issue an order number when purchased is made, a tracking number will be emailed to buyer as soon as product is shipped with tracking information on how to track.
Can I cancel a order? Only if product has not shipped.
Are products sold on Chronobuy.org new or used? Chronobuy.org is a grey market dealer that only sell watches in new condition unless specified.
How can I tell if item is in stock? Item will be greyed out and you will not be able to make a purchase for that item.

We do not cover water damage on any model. Any damage from normal wear of the watch including bracelet, bezel, crystal, stem, finishing, and clasp. We do not cover and damage from accidental drops, or negligence on owners part.
Any unauthorized repairs will void any warranty on watch.
